Transparent Pricing
Self-pay pricing at Invested Health Center reflects a “Time-of-Service” discount, which provides reduced rates for patients who pay in full at the time of their visit. This discounted pricing applies only to patients who choose not to use insurance for their visit and do not reflect our usual fees.
If you opt for self-pay:
- We will not bill your insurance — all payments must be made at the time of service.
- Insurance is billed at a higher rate than our Time-of-Service Discount pricing.
- Self-pay payments will not count toward insurance deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, or reimbursement claims.
By selecting self-pay, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all charges at the time of service and that no claims will be submitted to your insurance provider by Invested Health Center.
