We wanted to create something different.

Our new space was designed to feel calm, private, and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, the goal is for you to feel at ease — not like you’re being processed through a system, but like you’re being cared for as a person.

The layout supports meaningful conversations, not rushed visits. Exam rooms are private and thoughtfully arranged. The overall environment is quiet, clean, and modern — but more importantly, it’s intentional. Every detail is there to support a better patient experience.

Care That Happens in One Place

One of the biggest changes this new office allows us to make is expanding what we can do on-site.

Too often, healthcare is fragmented. You see one provider here, get labs done somewhere else, and wait days — sometimes weeks — to connect the pieces. That kind of system creates delays, confusion, and missed opportunities for better care.

Our model is different.

At Invested Health Center, we focus on keeping your care connected. With in-house lab draws, rapid HIV and STI testing, ECG, and spirometry, we’re able to provide more answers during your visit — not after multiple referrals or additional appointments.

This doesn’t just make things more convenient. It improves the quality of care. When everything is coordinated in one place, decisions can be made more thoughtfully, and your care becomes more complete.

Primary Care and Sexual Health — Together, Not Separate

Another important part of our approach is integration.

We don’t treat primary care and sexual health as separate services. HIV prevention, STI screening, and ongoing care are part of your overall health — and they should be treated that way.

Our new space supports this fully integrated model. Whether you’re coming in for an annual exam, starting PrEP, managing HIV, or getting routine screening, your care is handled by one team that sees the full picture.

There’s no need to navigate between different providers or systems. Everything is connected, coordinated, and centered around you.

For many patients, especially those seeking HIV or STI-related care, privacy and comfort are essential. We understand that, and it was a priority in designing this space.

We’ve created an environment where conversations can happen openly, without fear of judgment or discomfort. A place where patients feel respected, supported, and heard — not rushed or overlooked.

As a nonprofit healthcare center, our mission has always been to expand access to high-quality care for LGBTQ+ individuals, minorities, and underserved communities. This new office allows us to continue that work in a space that better reflects our values.

Serving Our Community, Now and Into the Future

Our new location at 3162 Conway Road in Orlando allows us to better serve patients across Orange and Osceola Counties, with easier access and expanded capabilities.

We continue to provide care in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, because communication is a critical part of quality healthcare — and no one should feel limited by language when seeking care.

This move isn’t just about a new building. It’s about continuing to grow in a way that stays true to what matters most: delivering care that is personal, connected, and built around the patient.
